Francisco has been an author and a popular speaker at conferences worldwide for the past 15 years; also an active member of the Latin American Oracle User Groups Community (founder), Chilean, Australian, Singapore, and New Zealand Oracle Users Groups (president), along with the APAC Oracle User Groups Community. He has been working with Oracle technologies for the past 33 years (since he was 16). He has been part of the first team to introduce Oracle to South America (Oracle 6 and the beta version of Oracle 7), introducing Oracle to Brazil and the whole LAD region. Francisco was also the first Master Oracle 7 Database Administrator in South America and the first Latin American Oracle professional to be awarded a double ACE (ACE in 2008 and ACE Director in 2009) and an Oracle Magazine Excellence Award.
Francisco is now part of the Oracle MAA Product Management Team as Distinguished Product Manager for MAA and Competitive Intelligence. |
