You may have heard many discussions about migrating EBS ecosystem (EBS, OBIEE, Hyperion, SOA, IDM) to OCI, but you may not have made the decision to move to the cloud yet. I have been involved in several migrations of EBS and related systems to OCI, including unsupported versions (11i, 12.1) and customers without active Oracle support. We will cover architecture options, supportability, cost, upgrading DB or EBS during or after migration, high availability, disaster recovery, and available migration tools for OBIEE, SOA, Hyperion, and more. This session will also include a case study of a food and beverage company based in New York, detailing their migration of EBS to OCI and showcasing the business benefits and performance improvements from the customer's perspective. |

Biju Thomas, Oracle ACE Director, is the Global Oracle Practice Lead at Data Intensity. Biju has been developing and administering Oracle databases and Oracle EBS for decades.
