Biographical Sketch: John Faucher is a consultant, cloud advocate, author, presenter, and trusted adviser to multiple Oracle clients. He has worked in all aspects of the Oracle applications implementation cycle from acquisition to support. John started working with Oracle as a customer in 1989 (version 6 of the DB and MPL 8 of the apps). He worked for Coopers & Lybrand implementing Oracle solutions and then worked at Oracle Corporation for eight years in progressive leadership and P&L roles. He helped run a medium-sized consulting services firm as partner. John's current focus is on solution-based sales with a consultative approach. His specialties are cloud adoption strategy, project management, sales, thought leader, trusted adviser, business development, and leadership.

Abstract: This session (presented at Collaborate 16 and Oracle OpenWorld 16) highlights lessons learned from an Oracle Talent Management Cloud implementation for a federal agency. The project team worked to configure, integrate, and implement the customerís subscription service to Oracle Talent Management Cloud software as a service for goals management, performance management, workforce compensation, talent review, and transactional business intelligence. The session highlights the implementation lessons learned from the effort to configure the Oracle Cloud solution with integration to Taleo and PeopleSoft on-premise enterprise solution.
